SPAIN Tourist Visa
The applicant must submit all necessary documentation through BLS Spain Visa Application Centre in order to apply for a Spain Schengen Sticker Visa. Prior to submission, a scheduled appointment is necessary. Applicants have to visit the BLS Spain Visa Application Centre physically for the biometric procedures and documents submission.
The applicant will be informed when it comes time to obtain his or her passport once the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Spain makes a decision.
The Standard Short Term "Tourist Visa" is for those applicants who want to visit Spain for the purpose of Tour / Holidaying / Vacation. The Visitor is only permitted to stay in Spain for the duration of their planned of stay but no more than 90 days. The applicant must enter and exit the Schengen area within that time limit. During their stay in Spain, visitors with a Tourist Visa are not permitted to accept unauthorized employment, attend school, or represent foreign information media.

2. All public documents (e.g. Nikah Nama, Marriage certificate, Birth certificate and Trade license) issued by concern office in English and must be legalized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and afterwards translated in Spanish language.
3. In case a minor (under 18 years) is not accompanied by both parents, a no objection letter from the parent not travelling must be submitted in spanish language. Please note that no objection letter has to be signed IN the Spanish Embassy in front of a visa officer. (effective from 15th November 2017)
4. For minors (under 18 years), the application form must be signed by both the parents. Photocopies of passports / ID cards of both the parents must be attached to the application.
**The NOC letter is highly important for your Schengen visa application.(Pay slips should be included in it.
*Company Letter Pad : A letter from your employer on company letterhead, with contact details, stating that a leave of absence has been granted, the purpose and duration of the trip, and that you will be returning to your current job (if you are a job holder).
*Salary slips for the last 6 months
*Valid Passport, NID, Photo, and Birth certificate.
