SWITZERLAND Tourist Visa

Sticker Visa

The applicant must submit all necessary documentation physically in the Switzerland Embassy in order to apply for the visa, after taking an appointment with them. Once the visa application for Switzerland is approved, the applicant will be notified by e-mail. The applicant can then pickup the passport from the Switzerland embassy.

Tourist Visa

The Standard Short Term "Tourist Visa" is for those applicants who want to visit Switzerland for the purpose of Holidaying. The visitor is only permitted to stay in France for the duration of their planned stay (the visa will be granted for the duration of stay mentioned in the travel plan but no more than 90 days). The applicant must enter and exit the Schengen area within that time limit. During their stay in Switzerland, visitors with a Tourist Visa are not permitted to accept unauthorized employment, attend school, or represent foreign information media.

Eligibility to Apply for Visa

Basic Eligibility

Any Bangladeshi Nationals are Eligible to Apply for Switzerland Tourist Visa (having a valid MRP / E-Passport with at least 6 months validity) subject to provide some required Documents.
Also Applicant should,
• be a genuine visitor
• have enough funds to support his/her stay and leave

Documents Requirements

Visa Fees & Service Charges

Visa Fees 80 EUROS (for adults).
Visa Fees 40 EUROS (for children aged 6-12).
Visa Application Service Center Charge BDT 5000 Approximately.
Travel Insurance Charge BDT 5000 Approximately.
Service Charge BDT 5,000.

Note: Bank draft charge and Visa application center fee might be charged.

Documents Requirements

1.01
Passport
A valid passport that is original and at least Three / six months validity is essential. Moreover, the passport must have at least two blank pages.
Note: All previous passports and Visa’s are required (if any).
1.02
Photo Specification
Photos must be in ICAO format (4.0 x 3.5 cm) color photo with white background, which is taken within the last 6 months).
1.03
Travel Insurance
Insurance must be valid for the whole Schengen area. The Insurance must cover the repatriation costs up to 30,000 Euros. The Insurance must fully cover the whole period of stay within the Schengen area.
*The conditions must be stated either on the insurance document or on a separate confirmation letter.

Flight and hotel reservations
Valid Flight and Hotel bookings or the inviter’s residence address is required

Applicants/Sponsors Proof of Occupations and Identity
*Office ID Card/Visiting Card
*Company Letter Pad : A letter from your employer on company letterhead, with contact details, stating that a leave of absence has been granted, the purpose and duration of the trip, and that you will be returning to your current job (if you are a job holder).
*Salary slips for the last 6 months
*Valid Passport, NID, Photo, and Birth certificate.

Proof of financial means of the applicants/sponsors
*Personal Bank Statement of the last 6 months & Bank Solvency Certificate
*TIN certificate
*Income Tax certificate (Last 2 years), Tax Return (ITR)

Additional Documents
For minors below the age of 18 (if applicable) – proving legal parenthood:
 copy of either birth certificate / proof of adoption / custody decree in case parents are divorced or
– if applicable – death certificate of parent ( Swedish or English translation is required)
“Letter of consent” from legal guardian, including his / her passport copy – legalized by a notary public
(only required in cases the legal guardian is not present during the visa appointment).

Forwarding Letter
NOC from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letterhead stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of the visa.
**The NOC letter is highly important for your Schengen visa application.(Pay slips should be included in it.
1.09
Cover Letter and Tour Plan
A personal letter from the applicant covering personal details, the purpose of the visit, and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip. The accommodation details also need to include.
Also in a tour plan applicants have to mention the travel Itinerary and places.
1.10
Documents related to civil status of the applicant
For married applicants: marriage certificate (e.g.“Nika Namah” for muslims or marriage act for hindus, both translated in English), For divorced applicants: divorce certificate (e.g. “Talak Namah” for muslims in English)
For widowers and widows: death certificate of the spouse in English.

Invitation Letter (If Any)
An original copy of Invitation letter from company/ Organization or Friends and Family with evidence.
